The BEST Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting
Add a stick of room temperature butter. Give it a light mix with your spoon.
Then add 2 cups of confectioners sugar.
Add 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream.
I added 3 tablespoons of Vanilla (however you can start with 1 or 2 and adjust according to your taste). The extra vanilla just did something for me and the recipe of course.
Then add 1 tablespoon of salt.
For me, when I added the whipping cream, the peanut butter lost some of the salted yumminess that I love. You will definitely taste the salt in this but that’s what I was going for.
Always good to have a 12-pack of these mason jars in the pantry. They are on the smaller side which is perfect for a gift or reusuable for you and your family.
Now give it a whirl
